**What you'll build**
+ Create, maintain, match, and update portfolio trackers
+ Support Learning Portfolio Manager in maintaining high data quality in the portfolio database (accuracy, completeness, consistency)
+ Support the administration and operation activities around the lifecycle of learning recommendations such as updates, clean-ups, and retirement
