Responsibilities:
Support in the creation, editing, and maintenance of checklists and regulatory documentation
Review of new Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for content changes and relevance
Maintenance and structuring of regulatory files for top-selling products
Processing of standard customer inquiries
Management of the shared mailbox and forwarding of standardized requests
Structured filing and document management; digitalization of filing processes
Qualifications:
Degree program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a comparable field
Basic understanding of chemical substances and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
Careful, structured, and reliable working style
Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
