Workplace Engineer (MOE)

Service and Operations Management: Responsible for service management, incident and problem management, and disaster recovery plans for ICT services supporting schools. Manage contractors, ensure that contract obligations and service level agreements are met, and continuously monitor and improve ICT services to meet current and future needs of schools.

Craft and Execution: Execute infrastructure tasks with confidence and minimal errors, develop automation solutions that are modular and reusable, apply infrastructure‑as‑code consistently across deployments and changes, and contribute to robust monitoring, alerting, and observability setups using data and analytics to troubleshoot and improve system performance. Apply site reliability engineering concepts—including error budgets, SLI/SLO frameworks, and toil reduction—in day‑to‑day work.
