- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) system, including the formation of SHE committees, site inspections, and site safety management.
- Develop and implement a Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) program for new workers, including identification systems for qualified personnel and operators.
- Attend SHE coordination meetings, plan work sequences, identify incompatible works and risks/hazards, and develop site maps for delivery and storage improvements.
- Handle near‑miss, accident, and incident reporting, and propose remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage the Project Safety, Health, and Environment System (SHEMs). Responsible for preparing the monthly SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) report. Experience with ZAP 2.0 system will be considered an added advantage.
