About the Organisational Services Team
The Organisational Services team delivers services focused on psychosocial safety, organisational performance, wellbeing and employee engagement. Our work supports organisations to design healthier systems of work, manage psychosocial risk, improve leadership capability and strengthen workplace culture.
The team works closely with organisational psychologists, WHS specialists and clients to scope, plan and deliver evidence‑based services aligned to contemporary work health and safety and wellbeing frameworks.
About the Role
As a Workplace Services Coordinator – Organisational Services, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational services. This role is suited to someone with an interest or background in psychology, mental health, wellbeing or organisational development, who enjoys coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and supporting professional service delivery.
