The position is a global role and is responsible for solution implementation around Modern deployment environment through SCCM and Intune. A Workplace Solution Engineer is an individual who works closely with our Architecture and Engineering team. An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workstations management and deployment for heavily locked-down environments along with understanding of Agile development methodologies. The primary function of this position is to manage workplace task projects and operational support activity. Additional responsibilities include conducting studies of system usage, making recommendations for improvements to the usability of automated tools, and identifying opportunities for increased adoption of orchestration technologies.
