Duties:
- Track frame disassembly and assembly
- Inspection, measuring & reporting on dozer, drill and shovel frames
- Supervise Track Frame Technicians and apprentices daily
- Assign jobs to the Frameshop team to meet production schedules and objectives
- Train and develop capabilities in direct reports
- Monitor output against job schedule and adjust resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) Assist in improving production efficiency, lead times, and waste reduction
