Responsibilities
- Full day‑to‑day management of the workshop.
- Program and manage the work schedule to meet production demands.
- Order materials and manage stock levels.
- Daily coordination with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Liaise closely with the Managing Director on future workload planning, resolving fabrication and technical queries.
- Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) system, ensuring day‑to‑day compliance and preparing for audits.
- Agree QA system modifications with the Managing Director as required.
- Manage, supervise, and develop workshop staff.
- Organise recruitment of new workshop personnel in conjunction with the Managing Director.
