Responsibility
- Manage and lead the setup and operation in CSC Department to provide overhaul/repair/servicing/testing services for Rolling Stock, Systems, Signalling, AFC and Auxiliary Components to ensure reliability and availability of railway assets to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead the development of component repair/overhaul/maintenance capabilities roadmap.
- Lead the operation and sustainability of component maintenance capabilities to support the railway operation.
- Ensure the safety of all staff and their activities at all times through implementing workplace, health and safety plan.
