Responsibility Lead the development and implementation of component repair/overhaul/maintenance capabilities to support future demands Lead the operation and sustainability of component maintenance capabilities to support the operation. Ensure the safety of all staff and their activities at all times through implementing workplace, health and safety plan. Ensure the development of each staff to achieve their required staff competencies (Technical and Professional development). Ensure the technical standards required and timely execution of maintenance to achieve the performance of assets’ reliability. Fulfil all requirements from regulators and legislations. Managing resources and expenses to keep within the budget allocated for the department. Interface with departments, vendors and LTA on all matters.
