Soap Ministry is a leading experiential workshop and natural skincare brand in Singapore, specialising in soap making, skincare, essential oils, resin art, STEM learning experiences, and corporate team bonding programmes.

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to manage workshop operations, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team of facilitators and customer experience staff.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for workshops and retail products
• Drive upselling of workshop packages, corporate bookings, and add-on products
• Identify new sales opportunities (schools, corporates, tourism, events)
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Support pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
