Workshop Supervisor - Late Shift Location: Fleet Salary: £27.00 per hour Our client who specialise in waste management, recycling and construction are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee the late shift operation, leading a team of technicians and fitters whilst ensuring maintenance, servicing, and repairs are completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise workshop technicians and fitters during the late shift operation Ensure servicing and repairs are completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with risk assessments and PPE requirements Assist with vehicle fault diagnosis and roadside repairs where required Work closely with the transport team to maximise vehicle availability Ensure vehicles are prepared for MOT testing and workshop documentation is completed accurately Oversee completion of service inspection sheets, job cards, and workshop records Support repairs and maintenance of p...
