Job Description
We are seeking an experienced workshop supervisor to manage and oversee the operations of our heavy commercial vehicle workshop.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to guide technicians and team leaders both technically and operationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Guide and support technicians and team leaders in troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and operational standards.
- Utilize business software effectively for reporting, documentation, and workflow management.
- Implement and maintain QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines in the workshop.
- Coordinate with management regarding workshop performance, challenges, and improvements.
