Workshop Supervisor with Sheet Metal Experience

CDR CONTRACTS is looking for a Workshop Supervisor with Sheet Metal Experience in Wadeville. This position is temporary with the possibility of going permanent and is full-time.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversees and supervises staff, such as Sheet Metal Workers, engaged in the operation of sheet metal products by planning, delegating, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing/inspecting work of staff. Consider factors such as staff workload, knowledge and experience, interest, staff development, priority assignments, timeline, and complexity of assignments to ensure that all necessary maintenance and repairs are done efficiently and effectively. Report any significant information to the Senior Supervisor.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Should have extensive sheet metal experience.
