Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and direct refrigeration engineers and maintenance teams
• Maintain and manage refrigeration and ammonia systems
• Ensure adherence to safety codes and regulations
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager and tradespeople
• Handle administrative budget control and scheduling
Requirements:
• Refrigeration A ticket is required
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
