X2 quality controllers - county fair

Astral, a leading South African integrated poultry producer, has 2 Quality Controller opportunities within County Fair, Epping.

The purpose of the Quality Controller , is to ensure that the product quality, is in line with food safety standards and systems, at all times.

Education: Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent; Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous.

Experience: Sound Knowledge of FSSC 22000, GMP requirements and relevant guidelines and Quality Management Systems Knowledge of statistical process control
