We are seeking an experienced Xactimate Estimator to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate estimates using Xactimate for restoration and reconstruction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.
- Review plans and perform takeoffs using Planswift.
- Maintain and organize project estimates and data in MS Excel.
- Stay updated on industry standards and incorporate the latest cost databases (e.g., RS Means, Symbility).
