We are currently seeking a reliable and versatile Yard Coordinator / Civil Allrounder to join our team in a hybrid role that combines yard duties with hands-on work across civil projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day - splitting time between managing yard operations and supporting crews onsite as a labourer or operator.
About the Role
This is a 80/20 split role between:
- Yard-based work (Gold Coast): 80%
- Forklift operation
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Yard organisation and general upkeep
- Truck driving
- Civil site support (Southside projects): 20%
- Labouring duties
- Machine operation (where ticketed)
- Assisting crews as required
