Yard Foreman (High Priority)

The Yard Foreman oversees all yard operations including labor crews, equipment movement, dry dock support, and workflow coordination.

Required to follow ABS, OSHA, USCG and company policies

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily yard operations and labor assignments

· Oversee material movement, staging, and logistics

· Coordinate with welders, electricians, fitters, and painters

· Support dry dock operations and vessel movements

· Enforce safety, productivity, and workflow standards

Requirements:

· Shipyard or heavy industrial yard experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills
