Job Description

Music to My Ears (MTME) is a creative, trauma-informed service supporting young people who are  victims of serious violence and are being criminally exploited. The service uses music, creative arts, mentoring, and outreach-based interventions to build trusted relationships and engage young people who may not respond to traditional talking approaches.

You will deliver interventions to children & young people (C&YP) to enable them to develop and build their resilience, confidence, healthy relationships and make positive decisions. Using the medium of creative arts, you will aim to engage and start a dialogue where traditional “talking interventions” would not be appropriate.
