A Youth Mentor/Job Coach's Day involves:
* Supporting and understanding a caseload of youth's barriers
* Engage with young people in the local community to attract eligible participants
* Attend local secondary schools to provide information to staff and students
* Creating and sourcing education and employment opportunities
* Supporting clients to identify their skills and abilities
* Conduct, create, tailor, and implement an individual service plan
* Building sustainable and long-lasting relationships with local employers, registered training organisations and community organisations
* Maintain accurate records for clients
* Ensuring our local youth hub provides a safe and welcoming environment for young people
* Participate in local community, employment and networking events and forums to promote the transition to Work program
