Our spirit is ‘loving life’, and that's what we do – we work with our taiohi to realise this aspiration.

We provide health and wellbeing services working with local community supports to help taiohi aged 12-24 develop life skills and build strong connections, including their school, employer, whānau, and friends.

Our Real Talk programme in Tāmaki Makaurau is for taiohi aged 12-18 years who need extra support around managing anxiety, depression and/or stress-related behaviours. We also run some groups to meet the needs of taiohi aged 18-24 years. Find out more about Real at
