Are you a natural at building rapport with teenagers? Do you have the street-smart empathy needed to support young people through the challenges of secondary school? We are seeking a Youth Worker to step into the classroom at a vibrant Blackpool Secondary School .

This isn't your standard TA role. We need someone who can speak the students' language, act as a mentor, and bridge the gap between home, the community, and the classroom. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity for someone looking to build a career in education or social support.

Key Responsibilities
