Zendesk Operator

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a fast-growing global managed service provider. As the business expands through acquisition, they need an experienced Zendesk specialist to own their multi-brand platform - keeping BAU running whilst leading the technical integration of newly acquired businesses.

This is a hands‑on configuration role with real scope. You'll work across a complex omnichannel environment, introduce AI-powered improvements, and shape platform direction for a customer base that spans multiple brands and languages.

What you'll be doing

• Administer and optimise Zendesk Support across email, messaging, web forms and voice – including triggers, automations, macros, views, and bot flows
• Lead end‑to‑end Zendesk design, build, and configuration for M&A integrations
