We're Hiring: Zendesk System Administrator 
At Netzon Group, we're growing fast—and we're looking for an experienced Zendesk System Administrator to join our International Team in Barcelona for our New Balance project. 
About the Role 
We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically savvy Zendesk Administrator to lead and optimise NB's Zendesk ecosystem. 
In this role, you'll own the configuration, stability, innovation, and continuous improvement of the platform. 
You'll help ensure our customer support operations scale efficiently while meeting SLAs and delivering seamless experiences. 
Working closely with Operations, IT, Team Leaders, P&C, and Analytics, you'll translate business needs into smart workflows and automation. 
You'll manage data structures, governance, integrations, and reporting to maintain system integrity and performance.
