Roles and Responsibilities
1. Home Loan and Mortgage experience of + years with at least 3-4 years in affordable housing segment.

2. Planning & Execution : Plan and execute the business acquisition plan for the Zone.

3. Business Volume : Responsible for zonal sales targets along with growth and profitability of the portfolio for entire Zone

4. Monitoring- Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee.

5. Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate and meet requirements of the field sales with respect to policy and process simplification to reinforce the product in the market.
